THOMSON, Ga. (AP) - A doctor says five of the people on board a plane that crashed in Georgia were affiliated with a vein clinic with offices in that state as well as Tennessee.

Dr. Stephen Davis is a plastic surgeon who works for the Vein Guys clinic in Nashville. He says five people on board were associated with the Vein Guys clinic in Augusta, Ga.: Dr. Steven Roth, two ultrasound technicians, a nurse anesthetist and a secretary. He says Roth regularly flew to Vein Guys clinics in the region.

Georgia Bureau of Investigation spokesman John Bankhead says the bodies of five who died were taken to Decatur for autopsies.

Those who died have not been identified, and it is not known if anyone affiliated with the vein clinic survived.

Thomson-McDuffie County Sheriff Logan Marshall says two survivors were taken to hospitals.
