LEXINGTON, SC (WLTX) - Lexington County deputies arrested a woman on charges she helped a man clean up the man's home to conceal evidence of a kidnapping and killing.
Detectives arrested Rachel Rae Fremion, 33, of Pelion on an arrest warrant on a charge of accessory after the fact to murder.
An arrest warrant alleges that between December 24 and December 28 of 2011, Fremion helped Jamey Charles Mallette clean up Mallette's home on Busbee Road in.Gaston.

Witnesses provided statements to detectives that show Fremion worked on numerous occasions to clean up a "bloody mess" at Mallette's home.
Detectives say they recovered evidence at Mallette's home that contained blood and DNA that forensic tests show came from George's body.
Mallette was being held on Thursday at the county Detention Center after being denied bond while awaiting trial.
Embree, whom detectives arrested on December 18, 2012 on arrest warrants on charges of murder and kidnapping, was being held on Thursday at McCormick Correctional Institution, where Embree is serving a six-year prison sentence for assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature.
Detectives are continuing to search for George's body. George was reported missing to the Sheriff's Department on December 25, 2011.
Arrest warrants allege that between about 10 p.m. on December 23, 2011 and about 5:30 a.m. on December 24, 2011 Mallette and Embree kidnapped George from Shooter's Bar at 3030 Charleston Highway near Cayce.
