Columbia (WLTX) - A motorcycle accident has claimed a life in Harbison Saturday night.

The Columbia Police Deperatment Traffic Safety Unit is investigating after a man on a motorcycle crashed into a patch of woods at Crossbow Drive near Columbiana Drive.

Authorities say he was speeding when he lost control. He died at the scene.
