Hopkins, SC (WLTX) - Richland County deputies are investigating the burning of two buses at a Hopkins church.

The vehicles belong to Jerusalem Baptist Church on Clarkson Road.

The church got a call Sunday morning from the fire department  that their bus was on fire in the parking lot. Both a 23 passenger van and smaller van were destroyed.

The preacher says they used the vehicles to help those who do not have a ride to church.

Arson investigators are looking into the fire and say they believe it is suspicious.
