Columbia, SC (WLTX) - The USC women's basketball team will begin their quest for an NCAA title out west.
Monday the team learned they will be a four-seed in the NCAA Tournament. They'll play their first game in Boulder, Colorado where they'll take on 13-seed South Dakota State.
The game is set for 4:10 p.m. Saturday. If they win that game, and then again on Monday, they'd go to Norfolk, Virginia for the next round.
The Gamecocks finished the season with a 24-7 overall record, which included 11 conference victories.
The team has now won 20 or more games in back-to-back seasons. Last year, the team made it to the Sweet Sixteen before losing to Stanford.
