Irmo, SC (WLTX) - The Lexington-Richland 5 School Board is holding a meeting Tuesday night to discuss the future of board member Kim Murphy.
The issue: whether or not Murphy actually lives in the area that she represents on the board.
Judge Thomas Cooper was asked to determine what county Murphy's home is in. The judge ruled Murphy's home is actually in Lexington County, while she represents Richland County on the board.
That meeting is at 7 p.m. and we will let you know what happens.
