COLUMBIA, SC - Non-Stop Hip-Hop Live is proud to present Columbia Hip-Hop Family Day: Love, Peace & Hip-Hop. This historic event will be filled with family-friendly music and activities centered on hip-hop culture.

Headlining the festival is Kool Moe Dee. The "How Ya Like Me Now" rapper hails from Harlem and sold millions of records as a founding member of The Treacherous Three. If that isn't enough, the stage will also feature B-Boys, graffiti artists and DJs.

The festival will feature cutting edge hip-hop visual artists, craft, fashion and multicultural food vendors, from the Southeast and around the country, to create South Carolina's most unique and entertaining community experience.

Proceeds from the event will benefit The Cooperative Ministries and Concerned Black Men of Columbia.

Two of the featured vendors will be: Funky Haircuts and Izms of Art's "Live Graffiti Wall."

Funky Haircuts are eight barbers on-site cutting custom old-skool hairstyles for all ages (Hi-Top Fades, Gumby's, Rat Tails, etc.).

Izms of Art's "Live Graffiti Wall" is sponsored by S&S Art Supply. It's a giant, live art wall where the whole family can grab a can of spray paint or set of markers and learn how to write your names in graffiti by leading graffiti artists from around SC.

The festival takes place on Saturday, April 13th from 11am-5pm at the 1700 Block of Main and Laurel Streets in Downtown Columbia. Admission is FREE!!!
