LEXINGTON, S.C. (AP) - Lexington County sheriff's deputies have arrested a man and charged him in the shooting death of a West Columbia woman last week.

Deputies arrested 20-year-old Tevin Xavier Deloach of Columbia on Tuesday and charged him with murder.

Forty-three-year-old Paula Denise Justice was killed at her home April 10.

John Christopher Hart, 24, of Coumbia is still being sought by deputies in connection with the shooting and death of the woman.

Detectives think Justice had arranged to meet with Hart and think Deloach drove Hart to meet her.

Two men working to repossess a motor vehicle heard a gunshot  and minutes later found Justice lying severly injured on Lumberjack Drive.

An arrest warrant alleges that it was Hart who shot Justice in the upper torso.

According to deputies Hart is 5ft 11in, weighs 155 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.

It was not clear if Deloach has an attorney.

If you have any information about Hart or Hart's whereabouts or the fatal shooting of Justice, you are encouraged to contact CrimeStoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
