Columbia, SC (WLTX) -- Mariah Carrion, 16, of Blythewood, has been located unharmed in Columbia.
According to Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott, Carrion was located Monday morning following a tip regarding her whereabouts, at the home of an acquaintance in Columbia.
Sheriff Deputies placed Carrion under arrest and took her into custody on a violation of a court order.

Carrion had been missing five days, having left a note in her father's home stating she was leaving.
Deputies continue to investigate the circumstances, and say they will question the acquaintance she was found staying with, in order to determine whether or not any charges will be filed.
