Columbia, SC (WLTX) -- Weather caused the 3 Rivers Music Festival to be postponed on July 13th. Due to scheduling, that delay is extended 11 months.
In a release sent Friday Morning, the 3 Rivers Music Festival board of directors announced difficulty in rescheduling national performers, along with the pending weather forecast for the next few weeks, has led them to postpone the Festival until June of next year.
Country star Lee Greenwood was eager to get back to Columbia, and his manager tells the board they're planning on putting the 3 Rivers Music Festival back on his calendar as soon as a firm date is set.
