Swansea, SC (WLTX) - There's new information in a video gambling machine bust from earlier this week.
Court documents outline what investigators say they found inside a Swansea warehouse Tuesday. A judge ruled the 762 machines that SLED officers found in the building are illegal machines and should be destroyed.
A civil case has been filed against Roy Stevens, the man investigators owns the machines. According to the order of destruction/notice of seizure, there 762 gaming devices, 33 computer CPU's, 1 laptop computer, 79 empty gaming machine cabinets, and components of machines. The order states that SLED officers did not find any cash at the location.
Stevens has 15 days to petition the judge's order to destroy the machines.
