Columbia, SC (WLTX) One man is dead after a shooting at the Food Fare store on Hunt Club Road in Richland County just a little before 8 p.m.
According to Sgt. Curtis Wilson, the victim is male and was shot in the upper body while he was inside his car.
Charged with murder, Tevin Richardson, 21, was arrested by the Richland County Sheriff's Department Fugitive Task Force.
Richardson was arrested at Fairways Apts. on Powell Rd. Friday afternoon, Deputies believe the victim knew his attacker.
Richardson initially fled the scene, with two other individuals one male on foot and the other male and female in a metallic blue or silver Honda.
Sheriff Leon Lott says that the Honda has damage to the rear drivers side door and has custom rims on the tires.
