GREENVILLE, S.C. (AP) - Greenville County deputies say paramedics had to treat several people after the ingredients needed to make methamphetamine were found on a Greenville golf course.
Authorities say someone at Donaldson Center Golf Course found several buckets in the woods by the links around 11:40 a.m. Thursday.
Investigators say the buckets were brought back to the clubhouse and opened, and the odor from them made several people sick. Deputies say paramedics were called, but didn't release the conditions of those sickened. The clubhouse was evacuated until the chemicals could be cleaned up.
Deputies say the chemicals in the buckets are used to make meth and they are investigating.
