SPARTANBURG, S.C. (AP) - Advocates for the missing are making a stop in Spartanburg this weekend.
Representatives from the Wilmington, N.C.-based CUE Center for Missing Persons are at Spartanburg City Hall on Saturday as part of the 10th Annual "On the Road to Remember" tour.
The visits began Thursday and continue through Oct. 12 in the Carolinas, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi and Virginia.
Representatives of the CUE Center will attend and speak at many rally stops planned by the families of the missing along with support from local law enforcement. Organizers say they will promote the cases of 102 missing people and six unsolved homicides.
Saturday's rally focuses on the case of Evelyn Shelton, who disappeared in May 2011 in Spartanburg.
