Santee, SC (WLTX) - Orangeburg County deputies say a dispute over a cell phone led to a fatal shooting in the town of Santee Saturday night.
Officers have arrested 28-year-old Adrienne Sabrine Randolph in the shooting.
According to an incident report, Randolph and the victim, who were acquaintances, got into a dispute Saturday night. Officers state that Randolph was going to sell a phone to a friend of the victim, and the two got into a fight because the phone didn't work.
Officers say Randolph went to her car, got out a gun, and fired once at the victim's feet and then again into her chest.
Two other people drove the victim to the hospital where she was pronounced dead.
