Columbia, SC(WLTX)- Two males are
dead after multiple shooting's occurred Friday evening and early Saturday
morning according to the Columbia Police Department.
Two deadly shootings happened,
one was just before 9 pm on Martha Street in Columbia, Nathaniel
McKelvin lll, 21 of Columbia had gunshot wounds to the upper body.
McKelvin was pronounced dead at the scene.
Three men total were shot at the
location, McKlevin was the only one who died as a result of the gunshot wounds.
The other two continue to receive medical treatment at a local hospital.
According to officers it seems
that the victims were outside of the residence at the time of the shooting.
The second deadly shooting
occurred at the 2500 block of Bailey Street shortly before
1:00 a.m. on Saturday.
Responding CPD Officers found
the male victim, unresponsive on the ground. Willie Gilmore, 22 of
Columbia, transported by EMS from the location on Bailey Street to Palmetto
Richland Memorial where he was pronounced dead at 1:25 A.M. Saturday.

wounds to the upper body, according to Richland County Coroner, Gary Watts.

CPD continues to determine the
motives for both shootings and the circumstances leading up to the incidents.
The Columbia Police Department
continues to investigate both homicides.
