Man Charged with Stealing Copper from WLTX Transmitter

Richland County, SC (WLTX) - Richland deputies have made an arrest in connection with copper that was stolen from the WLTX transmitter site last month.

He's 23 year old Charles James Harrison. He's charged with burglary and breach of trust. 

His bond has been set at $20,000.

Deputies say he and another man were caught on surveillance cameras last month breaking into our transmitter site in northeast Richland County. 

Deputies say they took multiple pieces of equipment.
