Largo, Maryland (WUSA) - It was the ride of their lives. For nearly two hours Saturday night, twenty-eight people got stuck on the "Two-Face" ride at Six Flags in Largo, Maryland. The boomerang-like ride got stuck at the top. After technicians worked on it for over an hour it suddenly broke free and plunged to the bottom riding the track. A sudden stop left several riders hurt. Twelve received medical attention at the scene while two were transported to the hospital with minor injuries. A Six Flags official says "safety is their #1 priority". The ride is shut down until a review by state inspectors
