12 Arrested in Aiken County Drug Bust

AIKEN COUNTY (WLTX) – A two-month investigation by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office led to twelve people being arrested Friday on a variety of drug charges in Wagener. Sheriff Michael Hunt says that narcotics investigators along with SWAT served arrest warrants at 1691 Wagener Trail Road, where eleven of the individuals were arrested. The following are currently being held at the Aiken County Detention Center: · Kimberly Adkins, 43, of Pelion, is charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. · Lewis Cushman Sr., 39, of Aiken, is charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. · Ernest Elders, 42, of Barnwell, is charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. · Lorraine Hargrove, 34, of Salley, is charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. · Kerry Papp, 60, of Wagener, is charged with Distribution of Crack Cocaine. · Rodney James, 40, of Wagener, is charged with Distribution of Crack Cocaine. · Loretta Johnson, 63, of Wagener, is charged with Distribution of Crack Cocaine. · John Kitchings, 46, of Aiken, is charged with Simple Possession of Marijuana. · Kenneth Myers, 43, of Wagener, is charged with Open Container. · Andrew Sabbagha, 44, of Lexington, is charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. · Deborah Wooden, 47, of Salley, is charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. · Alison Thomas, 27, of Aiken, was arrested on a bench warrant issued by Aiken County Family Court. Investigators were able to seize an amount of marijuana and crack cocaine from the home.
