CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) -- Two workers helping to put up a large tent have been electrocuted after it struck a low hanging power line.
The Charleston County Coroner's office says 37-year-old Dexter Keyes and 45-year-old John Fortney were killed while working at Thorn Hill Farms in McClellanville on Wednesday.
Authorities say two other workers were injured.
The crew was putting up the tent for a benefit this weekend at the farm, which provides support for people with disabilities.
Thorn Hill Farms founder and board member Mary Tutterow says no decision has been made on whether to postpone the event.
Tutterow says the workers were employed by Stage Presence Equipment Rentals.
