The fire happened at a single family home on Denny Road, which is about three miles outside of town of Saluda.
Mie'Cosha Pugh was killed in the fire. Her mother and grandmother were both injured and are both being treated at the Joseph M. Still Burn Center in Augusta.
Two other people who were inside at the time of the fire were able to make it out safely.
The Red Cross Disaster Team was called out by the Saluda County Sheriff's Department to provide emergency assistance for clothing and groceries, as well as medical and funeral expenses for the family.
