Police Concerned about Missing NC Woman's Safety

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is asking the public to keep an eye out for a missing 33-year-old woman.

Megan Stack left her south Charlotte home, located on Cloister Drive, around 1:30 p.m. Monday. Since then, she hasn't returned home and her whereabouts are unknown, CMPD said. 

"There is concern about her safety," CMPD said in a press release.

Stack was last seen wearing a maroon jacket, pants and black boots. She was driving a dark grey 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe with a paper tag.

Stack is a white female standing at 5'4" and weighing around 110 lbs. Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.
