Deputies: Fight Over Necklace Leads to Gunfire

Richland County, SC (WLTX) - Richland County deputies have arrested one person and are looking for two others following an early morning shooting.

The incident happened around 1 a.m. Monday on Stamhope Court in Northeast Richland County.

The victim told officers that his ex-girlfriend came to his house to retrieve a necklace. The victim told the woman it was in the shop and that she could get it the next day.

Officers say a second suspect then got out of the vehicle. The victim went back inside the home, then came back out with another person.

The suspects then got into their car, and officers say they fired shots at the home as they drove away from the scene.

No one was hurt.

Deputies were able to track down one of the suspects, who they've identified as 21-year-old Tanisha Knight. She's charged with three counts of attempted murder.
