Man Arrested After Sunday Morning Stabbing Incident

SWANSEA, SC - (WLTX) -- A man is behind bars after deputies say he pepper-sprayed and stabbed a victim early Sunday morning, according to the Lexington County Sheriff's Department.

Deputies say 37-year-old Jacob Harley of Swansea is charged with attempted murder and possessing a weapon during a violent crime. Investigators say Harley wanted to fight the victim, so he drove to his home on Gator Road.

The male victim is expected to recover from his injuries. Harley is held at the Lexington County Detention Center. He was denied bond by a judge Sunday morning.
