Police: SC Man Makes Bomb Threat Against White House

North Myrtle Beach, SC (WLTX) - Police in North Myrtle Beach have arrested a man who they say made a bomb threat against the White House.

Justin M. McCoy, 25, was taken into custody Tuesday.

WBTW reports that according to police, McCoy called officers and said there was a bomb at the White House and at an undisclosed location in Charleston. Police say they met with McCoy and he again told them there was an explosive at the White House. 

There was no validity to the claim.
