Richland County, SC (WLTX) -- Sheriff Leon Lott is asking for your help identifying a man accused of assaulting a woman during a traffic stop.

It happened on March 3 around 1:00 PM. Investigators say a van rear-ended another car at the intersection of Bluff Road at Blair Street.

Sheriff Leon Lott added that suspect then bent the SC Tag on the back of his van and when the victim got out of her car to take a picture of the suspect's vehicle he yelled at the victim, assaulted her, and then drove off in the van.
