Columbia, SC (WLTX) - Columbia police are searching for a man they say shot a 14-year-old outside an apartment complex.
Officers want to find 19-year-old Tore Michael Dove, who they say will be charged with attempted murder, armed robbery, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime.
Officers say on January 17th, Dove shot the victim outside the Capri Apartments on East Chapel Road.
The teenager's wounds were not life-threatening.
A 16-year-old has also been arrested in the case and charged with attempted murder and armed robbery.
