Kershaw County, SC (WLTX) - Kershaw County deputies have arrested two suspects after a pursuit Monday morning.
Officers say 24-year-old Marcus Antwon Greene and 26-year-old Davon Jermaine Mickle are in custody.
The two face multiple charges.
Kershaw County Sheriff Jim Matthews says just before 11 a.m., an investigator got a call of a fight in progress at Young's Store on US 1 in Lugoff. The officer then saw a vehicle that matched the description of the incident driving a few minutes later on US 1.
Matthews says the pursuit went through several neighborhoods, running cars off the road. The pursuit ended when the suspects' car ran off the road and into a ditch.
The suspects then ran from the car, according to deputies. Officers say Green was arrested while trying to break into the back of a home; Mickle was caught when a homeowner saw him behind a home's storage shed.
As of Monday afternoon, the men were being held at the Kershaw County Detention Center.
