Lexington County, SC (WLTX) - Lexington County deputies have arrested a suspect they say shot a man to death during a robbery at a home.
Patrick Sintell Larry, 31, of Swansea is charged with murder, first-degree burglary, and armed robbery.
The arrest warrant states that on February 12, Larry went to the home of 43-year-old Matthew Milhouse Jr. in Swansea to rob the victim. During the crime, deputies say Larry shot Milhouse in the upper leg with the shotgun.
An autopsy showed the wound cut blood vessels in Milhouse's leg, causing him to bleed to death within minutes.
A neighbor then called police to say there had been a shooting at the home.
The shooting remains under investigation.
