Deputies say they didn't find the suspect--identified as 18-year-old Jeremy McVey--at the time, but later were able to locate him. They also arrested 41-year-old Robert Michael Taylor.
On June 8, officers got a call that of an incident on Charles Town Road near Batesburg-Leesville. Deputies say they noticed an odor that appeared to be meth. Deputies say they arrested 42-year-old James F. Hallock and 42-year-old David Alan Jennings.
Deputies say Jennings ran from them before his arrest, but was caught when his shorts fell down around his ankles, causing him to fall down.
