Irmo, SC (WLTX) - The Irmo home where two people were found shot to death back in April is now up for sale.

A posting for the $749,000 home at 12 Tackeria Court has been listed on a real estate website.

The property was owned by Brett Parker and his wife Tammy Parker.  Back on April 13, Tammy Parker and 46-year-old Bryan Capnerhurst were shot multiple times inside the residence.

According to an incident report, Brett Parker was standing in the driveway of the home when deputies arrived and found the bodies inside.  Investigators say the man was inside when both killings took place.

Brett Parker's attorney, David Fedor, has said his client shot Capnerhurst after Capnerhurst shot Tammy Parker, and that Brett was acting in self-defense.

Richland County deputies have not yet said what sequence of events led to the deaths, and no charges have been filed.
