Columbia, SC (WLTX) -- Columbia Police officers arrested 37 year old Rasheed Armahd Jones for indecent exposure Monday.
According to the police report, shortly after 1pm Jones was seen in a vehicle in the 1100 block of College Street in Columbia, and allegedly performing a sexual act upon himself.
The 21 year old female witness who was walking by the area and saw Jones immediately contacted 9-1-1.
When officers arrived they questioned Jones about the incident, and found evidence related to the case in his vehicle.
Jones was arrested and charged with indecent exposure, and transported to the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
