Sumter, SC (WLTX) - A teenage boy has been charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor in the first degree according to the Sumter County's Sheriff's department.
Between the months of August and December of last year, the 13-year-old boy is accused of engaging in sexual battery of a 10-year-old boy, according to Sheriff Anthony Dennis.
A hearing will be held in ten days to set his court date, according to the Sheriff. Until then, he is being held at Department of Juvenile Justice.
