Dash Cam Released of Incident Involving Richland Deputy

Video shows Richland, Kershaw deputies argue

Kershaw County, SC (WLTX) - The Kershaw County Sheriff's office has released dash cam video of an incident involving a Richland deputy who they say interfered with a traffic stop involving her son.

Lisa Grazloli was arrested on September 6th after a traffic stop on Highway 601 near Porter Cross Road. Deputies had pulled over her son, Victor Ortiz after they say he was driving with no headlights on.

After Ortiz was pulled over, officers say he refused to get out of the car. Once Grazloli arrived deputies ask her repeatedly to go back to her car, and when she refuses, she is arrested.

Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott says Grazloli has been disciplined and she is back at work. Grazioli was charged with hindering offices. Her son is facing multiple charges including resisting arrest,  public disorderly conduct, and driving without a license or registration.
