Deputies: Three Time Bank Robber Caught

Columbia, SC (WLTX)  A man who was wanted for robbing three banks was captured today according to the Richland County Sheriff's department. 

Kison Walters, 36, was arrested at a home on Windsorcrest Road by the Richland sheriff's department, Lexington county Sheriff's department,  Irmo police department and the United States Marshal's Service. 

According to Sheriff Leon Lott Walters is responsible for entering and presenting notes at three area banks demanding cash from First Palmetto on Hardscrabble road, First Citizens Bank on Two Notch road and the First Community Bank in Irmo.   

Walters has been charged with three counts of entering a bank with the intent to steal.  He was transported to Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
