Godfather of SC Hip-Hop Goes from Wax to Paperback

FatRat Da Czar and Janet Scouten join Deon Guillory to talk about their upcoming book Da Cold Warrior.

Columbia, SC (WLTX) - FatRat Da Czar makes hip-hop music the listener can feel. Now, the man known as the Godfather of South Carolina hip-hop is moving from the recording studio to the book shelf. 

FatRat, along with writer Janet Scouten, penned the book "Da Cold Warrior". 

The book gives the story of FatRat's life so far. From Hampton, Virginia to Hopkins, South Carolina, from a troubled youth to his influence on the hip-hop scene in South Carolina.
