Second Teen Arrested in Fatal March Shooting

Columbia Police say a second teen was arrested after a fatal March shooting.

Columbia, SC (WLTX) - Columbia Police say a second teen has been arrested in connection with a deadly March shooting.

18-year-old Terry Johnson was arrested Wednesday night. He is charged with murder and criminal conspiracy.

Johnson is accused of shooting 28-year-old Marvin Webber at the 7300 block of Patterson Rd on March 30.

Investigators say Webber was shot while trying to sell a car to three men.

19-year-old Donte Foskey was arrested in April in connection to the killing. He is charged with accessory after the fact of murder and possession of a stolen vehicle. Police say Foske witnessed the shooting, left the scene, and didn't report the crime to police. 

Foskey remains at the Richland County jail under a $130,000 bond.

Investigators are still looking for information about the third suspect. Anyone with information should call Crimestoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
