(ORANGEBURG, SC) –The suspect in the fatal shooting on Sunday in Orangeburg has been arrested according to Sheriff Leroy Ravenell.
Ravenell says "37-year-old Tellaferror Randolph was arrested Monday in Santee for the August 3 shooting near Club Ambition in Neeses.
The investigation, according to the sheriff, indicates Randolph shot a 31-year-old victim three times and fatally shot a 28-year-old Holly Hill man.
Randolph is charged with murder, attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
"To the bad boys who turn into cowards after they commit a crime and run and hide ... I will use every resource available to hunt you down just like you did when you shot at two people, " said Sheriff Ravenell.
Randolph's arraignment will be Tuesday, August 5 at 2:30 p.m.
