Columbia, SC (WLTX) -- South Carolina agencies spent more than $4 billion in federal stimulus money during the last two years according to a report on Wednesday.
Comptroller Richard Eckstrom's office has proved a detailed list of how each state agency spent their share of the money.
Eckstrom says "Such a massive pumping of federal cash into the state over such a short period of time certainly created opportunities for fraud and waste, and there's no better control against misspending than oversight by concerned citizens."
