Columbia, SC (WLTX)- Packing lunch with a purpose. Kati Horton of Lexington Mommy blog shares a few ideas to take the stress out of making lunch for the kids.
First, she says you should plan ahead by preparing finger foods ahead of time.
Also, smaller servings with more items make a huge difference. Forget the "classic" full sandwich, a bag of chips and a whole apple. Instead pack 5 or 6 smaller serving sizes.
And her favorite must have tool? A pizza cutter which makes everything easier and reusable snack bags.
