Columbia, SC (WLTX) - Columbia police have released a sketch of a man they say exposed himself to two women recently.
Officers say on July 7, two women were jogging in the 100 block of South Walker Street in the Shandon neighborhood.
Police say one of the women noticed a man standing near the street who was naked from the waist down and was fondling himself. At one point, officers say the man pulled up his t-shirt over his face during the incident.
The women believe they saw the man get into an older white model SUV.
