Columbia, SC (WLTX) -- The Columbia Fire Department is spreading Christmas cheer to kids being treated at Palmetto Health Children's Hospital.

The Columbia Fire Crew of Ladder 9 from Devine Street Station made a special visit to Palmetto Health Children's Hospital.

The four man crew dressed as Santa and Elves during the visit, riding in the bucked of Ladder 9 outside the children's play room windows.
