Columbia, SC (WLTX) - Hand Middle School got a first-hand history lesson from none other than Abraham Lincoln.
Actor and historian Peter Holland got into Honest Abe's character to bring history to life for students. Tuesday would have been Abraham Lincoln's 204th birthday.
Hholland's performance centered on Lincoln's experiences before and during the Civil War.
Lincoln met with eighth-grade history classes after his performances.
