Lexington County, SC (WLTX) -- Officials are still investigating after a collision killed one person and injured two more Thursday evening.
Details are limited, but reports indicate the incident occured at 7 p.m. on Bluefield Road. Authorities say the vehicle involved was headed south on Bluefield Road when the driver ran off the right side of the road and struck a tree.
The driver, whose name has not been released, died in the collision. The two passengers in the vehicle, a 24-year-old and a 14-year-old, were each wearing seatbelts and were both transported to the ER at Lexington Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
