Columbia, SC (WLTX) - The first combatives facility at Shaw Air Force Base in Sumter opened Wednesday.
Third Army aoldiers at the base were showing News19 how this hand-to-hand combat training can add to soldiers strength, flexibility, balance and cardio fitness.
They say the new program will also build courage and self-discipline.
