Columbia, SC (WLTX) - At the State House Wednesday, Governor Haley issued a proclamation declaringMarch is Disability Advocacy Awareness Month.
Haley signed the proclamation and met with disability advocates who say it is all about abilities, not disabilities.
They also held a rally to talk about the importance of continuing services to help people with disabilities and their families.
