November Trial Date Set in Illegal Video Gambling Case

Columbia, S.C. ( WLTX) --A November trial date has been set for the Richland County businessman, accused of operating an illegal video gambling business.

Larry Flynn was indicted by a federal grand jury, in June of this year, on charges of operation of an illegal gambling business and conspiracy to commit money laundering. The 39-year-old operated a business call 'Magic Minutes', in the Columbia area.

Pretrial motions in connection with the case were scheduled to be heard tomorrow, however, according to court documents, that hearing has been cancelled. The next scheduled court date is November 5, when jury selection is set to begin.
