LIST: School District Closings & Early Dismissals

Columbia, SC (WLTX) - Because of the threat of Hermine, all the school districts in the Midlands either cancelled school or will cut classes early Friday.

Full Closings & Delays Sent to WLTX

Here is what each district is planning:

Bamberg District 2 Schools - All classes canceled Friday.

Calhoun County Schools - All classes canceled Friday.

Clarendon Hall - Closed all day Friday

Clarendon District 1 - Half day of classes; Summerton Early Childhood Center Dismisss at 11:15 a.m.; St. Paul Elementary School dismisses at 11:30 a.m.; Scott's Branch Middle & High School at 11:45 a.m.

Clarendon District 2- Half day of classes; Manning Early Childhood and Manning Primary at 11:10 a.m.; Manning Elementary School at 11:20 a.m.; Manning Junior High School at 11:35 a.m.; Manning High School at 11:50 a.m.

Kershaw County Schools - Half day of classes Friday; Elementary schools will dismiss at 11 a.m., middle schools will dismiss at 11:15 a.m. and high schools will dismiss at 11:30 a.m. Adult education classes will also dismiss early. 

East Point Academy - Closing at 11:45 a.m. Friday

Fairfield County Schools - Half day of classes;  Fairfield Magnet School for Math & Science 11:00 a.m.; Fairfield Elementary 11:00 a.m.; Geiger Elementary 11:30 a.m.; McCrorey-Liston School of Technology 11:30 a.m.; Kelly Miller Elementary 11:30 a.m.; Fairfield Middle School 12:00 p.m.; Fairfield Central High School 12:00 p.m.; Gordon Odyssey Academy 12:00 p.m.; Fairfield Career and Technology Center 12:00 p.m.; 

Lee County Schools - Half day of classes; All elementary schools will dismiss at 11:30am.  Middle and high schools will dismiss at 12:00pm.  

Lexington District 1 - Half day of classes; elementary school dismiss at 11 a.m., middle and high school at noon; no 4-year-old kindergarten

Lexington District 2 - Half day of classes; high school and middle school students dismiss at 11:00 a.m., early childhood center and elementary school students at 12:00 noon 

Lexington District 3 - Half day of classes; B-L Primary will dismiss at 10:30 a.m.; B-L Elementary will dismiss at 10:45 a.m.; B-L High will dismiss at 11:10 a.m.; and B-L Middle will dismiss at 11:20 a.m. 

Lexington District 4 - Half day of classes; Early Childhood Center 11:00; Sandhills Primary 11:15; Sandhills Elementary 11:15; Frances Mack Intermediate 12:30; Sandhills Middle 12:00; Freshman Academy 12:15; Swansea High 12: 30

Lexington-Richland District 5- Half day of classes;  Intermediate Schools will release at 11:30 a.m. Elementary schools will release at 11:45 a.m. The Academy for Success will release at 12:30 p.m. The Center for Advanced Technical Studies and Spring Hill High School will release at 12:45 p.m. and all other middle and high schools will release at 1:00 p.m.

Newberry County Schools - Half day of classes; elementary schools release at 12:30 p.m., middle and high school at 1:00 p.m. 

Orangeburg District 3 - All classes cancelled Friday

Orangeburg District 4 - All classes canceled Friday

Orangeburg District 5 - All classes canceled Friday.

Richland District 1 - Half-day classes Friday; elementary schools will dismiss at 11:30 a.m., middle schools will dismiss at 1:00 p.m.; high schools will dismiss at 12:15 p.m.

Richland District 2 - Half-day of classes: middle schools will dismiss at 10:45 a.m., elementary schools will dismiss at 11:30 a.m., high schools will dismiss at 12:15 p.m.; district offices will close at 2 p.m.

Saluda County Schools - Closed Friday

Sumter County Schools - Half-day classes; elementary schools at 11 a.m., middle schools at 11:30 a.m., high schools at 12 p.m.
