Bojangles Helps with Random Acts Of Kindness

Columbia, SC (WLTX)-- Governor Nikki Haley declared Tuesday "Random Act of Kindness Day" in South Carolina, in recognition of the program we have at WLTX. And Bojangles did their part to make the day a success.

"This morning I woke up and I was thinking about all of the things that I can try to do", said Tony Brich, the Marketing Coordinator of Bojangles.

It's an old concept that had him going the extra mile.

"I noticed that I have 500 BoFreeze coupons left. I said ok, today's my quest to give away 500 BoFreeze coupons randomly", said Brich.

He says it's small things like handing out free coupons that could brighten someone else's day.

"It's been a great product. What better way to give a random at of kindness to somebody than to reward them with a delicious Bo Freeze to keep them cool?", said Brich.

Keith Fisher was walking on the sidewalk when Brich handed him a free coupon.

"I might get the raspberry and cool down because it's pretty humid", said Fisher.

After his experience, he is also plans to pay it forward.

"I think I'll go around and try to rack some yards free of charge", said Brich.
