Columbia, SC (WLTX) - A run-off election to determine who will represent District 3 on the Columbia City Council takes place today in Council District 3.
The contest is between Moe Baddourah and Daniel Coble.

Back on April 3, they were the two highest vote-getters in a race that included four candidates. Baddourah received 36.30 percent of the votes while Coble got 34.66 percent.
The winner will succeed Belinda Gergel, who decided not to run for re-election.

1. Have been registered to vote and eligible to vote in the April 3rd election
2. Be a registered voter residing in City Council District 3
